How do we get started?

Can pest treatment happen before the unit is cleared out?
Usually not effectively. Heavy clutter and debris give pests cover and block treatment from reaching where it needs to. The assessment sorts out what has to come first.
Do you handle the cleaning and removal too?
Our part is the pest work. We coordinate closely with the cleaning and removal crews so the steps line up, and we will tell you what needs to be done before we can treat.
