Digital Reporting & Professional Documentation

A written record after every visit — what was done, what was found, and what needs attention.

Overview

Pest management does not end when the service is finished.

Keeping customers informed and putting the work in writing is part of the job, which is why every service comes with professional digital reporting and digital invoicing rather than a scribbled slip left on a counter.

After a service you receive documentation covering the work completed, the observations made, any pest activity identified, the recommendations that came out of it, and any follow-up that is required.

For a business that record is worth more than the paper it replaces. It is there for record keeping, internal compliance, inspections, management review, and a running history of pest management activity at the property.

What's included

What the service covers

A report after every service

Work completed, observations made, pest activity identified, recommendations and follow-up requirements, documented for each visit.

Reporting on scheduled programs

Commercial program reports go further: areas inspected, activity or evidence observed, rodent monitoring results, bait station and trap inspections, treatments applied where applicable, and conditions requiring attention.

On-site review of findings

Where appropriate we go through what we found on site with you or an authorized representative, so questions and concerns get answered while the technician is still there.

Documentation acknowledged on site

Service documentation can be reviewed and acknowledged on site, giving a clear record that the service was completed and that the findings and recommendations were communicated.

A property history you can pull up

Reports accumulate into a record of the pest management done at the property, which is what you want in front of you at an inspection or a management review.

Digital invoicing

Invoices arrive electronically, so service records and payment information stay in one place instead of in a stack of paper somewhere.

Questions

Digital Reporting & Professional Documentation, answered

Do residential customers get reports too?

Yes. The depth of the documentation matches the job — a wasp nest does not need what a scheduled commercial program needs — but the principle holds either way. You should know what was done, what was found and what needs attention.

Can reports and invoices go to someone other than the site contact?

Yes. Tell us who should receive them — a head office, a property manager, an owner who is not on site — and that is where they go.

Is the reporting set up for a particular standard?

Our reports are written to document the service clearly: what was inspected, what was found, what was applied and what we recommend. Tell us what your operation needs to keep on file and we will make sure the reporting covers it.

Do we have to be there when the service happens?

Not necessarily. The report goes out either way. Where an on-site review makes sense we arrange for someone to be there so the findings can be walked through in person.
